CCTV trail of day Tom was 'attacked'

A JURY has viewed CCTV footage of the alleged assault of 73-year-old Tom Niland that left him with injuries that caused his death.

Gda Niall McDonald told the court yesterday that he created a montage from hours of footage featuring a distinctive white van, following the assault on Mr Niland on January 18, 2022
