Ben: We will not rule out anyone

BEN O'Connor says he will be operating an open-door approach to his squad ahead of Sunday's National League opener against Waterford.

The new Cork hurling manager has trimmed his panel to 36 since the conclusion of preseason competitions.

The 11 players who have dropped out will remain on call as injury cover and could be catapulted into contention if they show the right form.

"From day one, any fella that was asked in at the start - we started with 47 and have it cut now - it's an open policy," said O'Connor.
