NEW BUSINESSES FLOCK TO THE POINT

- By COREENA FORD

A HULL business park is set to expand significantly after developers began construction on three additional industrial units.

Construction has started on the second phase of The Point at Priory Park East in west Hull, following the successful letting of the initial three units to expanding businesses. The 6.5-acre site, developed by family-owned firm Allenby Commercial, features trade counter and industrial premises.

With new occupiers now settled into the phase one units, phase two is under way and scheduled for completion by March 2026.

The latest phase will deliver units spanning 2,500 to 5,000sq ft, available for purchase or lease.

Businesses that have moved into the first three units at The Point include paint protection and detailing specialist Attention to Detail (ATD) Automotive and The Vault Collection, wholesale fruit and vegetable supplier Associated Growers, and interior and exterior fit-out firm Michael James Property Developments.
