TRANSFORMATION INCLUDES SENSORY AREA AND HEALTH ZONE
BRIDLINGTON Central Library has officially reopened its doors following a refurbishment of the ground floor.
The transformation, which was made possible thanks to Department for Culture, Media and Sport's Libraries Improvement Fund alongside additional investment from East Riding Council, marks a new chapter for one of the town's most valued community spaces.
The library closed on Saturday, March 29, and opened its doors on Monday, July 14, with the unveiling of new features and improvements. The ground floor has been completely remodelled to maximise space and functionality.
The library now has fresh decor, upgraded lighting, and modern shelving and furniture whilst still preserving the library's character.
