A BEVERLEY restaurant has announced it is closing down in June.

The Monkey Tree Café in Dyer Lane, Beverley, opened in 2022. It proved a popular eating out spot, serving up breakfasts, lunches and special themed food nights with live music.
In a statement posted on its social media page, owner Thomas Stephenson wrote: "For those of you who don’t already know, the Monkey Tree will be closing this coming June.
"It's been a wonderful three years, but I feel as though it’s time to tackle the next adventure.
