Things can change pretty quickly in sport. Just ask Hull FC winger Harvey Barron.

After all, it was only last year when Hull were into preseason training, having just endured their worst Super League season to date and one of their worst campaigns in their entire 160-year history.

They won just three games all year and only avoided the wooden spoon on points difference.

But now, 12 months on, it’s a different picture.

Hull finished seventh in 2025, winning 15 games in all competitions and just missed out on the Super League playoffs.

Change has been the word - from ownership to the playing squad, with eight more new players added this term - and while the club has made some big strides, they're only scratching the surface of what they believe they can achieve.
