Mourgue relishing his partnership with special talent Lewis at Rovers

Arthur Mourgue has been relishing his new partnership with Mikey Lewis and claims: “He's a special talent.”

The full-back has also opened up on missing Rovers’ Challenge Cup journey with the showcase event confirmed with Warrington Wolves.

The France international has hit the ground running at Sewell Group Craven Park, scoring four tries and kicking 28 goals in just six appearances under head coach Willie Peters.

Originally set to join Rovers at the end of the season, Mourgue completed the switch early in March on a three-and-a-half-year deal - and he hasn't looked back.
