Loan move confirmed for FC trialist to gain first-team experience

HULL FC trialist Jack Rampton will look to gain valuable first-team experience following his confirmed loan move to Hunslet RLFC.

The Championship outfit have announced the winger's arrival on an initial two-week loan deal.

Rampton linked up with the Black and Whites last month on a trial basis, marking his reserves debut with a 90-metre intercept try in a 14-10 victory over Hull KR.

The 24-year-old has played in the union code, predominately in the 7s format and representing Jamaica. He has also tried his luck at the 15-man version of the code, and played for Reading-based community outfit Rams Rugby Football Club last season.
