KR STAR HADLEY ON INTERNATIONAL SELECTION HOPES

DEAN Hadley has declared he would “love to” represent England in this year’s Ashes series, admitting his hunger to improve never fades after earning his first Super League Dream Team call-up.

The industrious Hull KR forward was named in the back-row of this year's prestigious team, one of four Robins included alongside Peta Hiku, Jez Litten, and reigning Man of Steel Mikey Lewis.

Hadley was a surprise omission from Shaun Wane’s extended England squad earlier this year, named in preparation for the three-match series against reigning world champions Australia this autumn.

However, he has continued to impress, with calls growing louder for his inclusion.
