HULL City stars Mohamed Belloumi and Brandon Williams got some vital minutes under their belts this week as they featured for the club's Under-21 side against Birmingham City.

The young Tigers roared to a 5-1 win ove the Blues, but it was the 90 minutes for Williams and an hour-long run-out for Belloumi which will have pleased City boss Sergej Jakirovic.

Belloumi netted twice in a comfortable victory, with Pharrell Brown (2) and Bobby Moore also on the scoresheet for the home side.

Williams joined City this summer after impressing in training, and is looking forward to pulling on a Tigers shirt.
