Cartwright is 'disappointed'

JOHN Cartwright has spoken of the 'disappointing' nature of Hull FC's 36-12 defeat to Wigan Warriors at the MKM Stadium.

Giving a frank post-match assesssment, Cartwright bemoaned the sloppy errors from his side, which added to the frustration given Hull were in the contest in the first half.
They twice fell behind but levelled, but while showing some good shape at times, they were also erratic and were bundled into touch on at least three separate occasions. They also lost the ball on the kick off after their first try and gifted Wigan possession.
Cartwright also praised the Warriors for a defensive display that left Hul still looking for a first home win of the year.
"It was really disappointing to be honest," Cartwright said.
