Burgess issues injury update

WARRINGTON Wolves boss Sam Burgess hinted that the early signs on Oli Leyland's and Jordy Crowther's injuries are not positive following the defeat to Hull KR.

Leyland, 24, was forced to withdraw from action with a knee injury in the early stages at the Halliwell Jones Stadium, having been named to partner Stefan Ratchford for the Challenge Cup final dress rehearsal.
Marc Sneyd and Sam Powell were notable absentees ahead of kick-off, while replacement hooker Crowther also sustained an ankle blow in the second half of the 31-12 loss.
