University looks to cut jobs to save over £5m

BANGOR University is looking to cut jobs in a bid to make savings of more than £5million.
A consultation has been launched to reduce staff costs equal “to around 78 full-time equivalent roles”.
A spokesperson for the university said: “The university has launched a consultation regarding proposed changes as part of a broader cost-reduction strategy.
