The Commonwealth of Dominica has announced it will award its highest national honour to Prime Minister Narendra Modi when he visits Guyana for the India-CARICOM Summit next week.
The Dominica Award of Honour is being bestowed on Modi in recognition of his contributions to Dominica during the Covid-19 pandemic and his dedication to strengthening the partnership between the two countries, an official statement said.
