The 29-Year-Old Accused Is a Resident of Uttar Pradesh's Ghazipur and Was Working in the School Since May 16
DEHRADUN: Dehradun Police arrested a hostel warden of a special school for allegedly sexually abusing two mentally disabled students and also physically assaulting them, police officers aware of the matter said on Sunday, adding that the boys are siblings, aged 13, and 9.
The 29-year-old accused is originally a resident of Ghazipur district in Uttar Pradesh, said police.
A first information report (FIR) was registered against the accused under sections 115 (2) (voluntarily causing hurt), 64 (2) (A) (rape) and relevant sections of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (Pocso) Act on May 30, they added.
