Patient's death leads to scuffle between docs, attendants in Nalanda

A scuffle broke out between doctors and attendants and security guards at Nalanda Medical College and Hospital (NMCH) after a 60-year-old woman died due to alleged negligence by doctors, said people in the know on Monday.

The situation escalated after the attendants of the woman accused the doctors of being responsible for her death. On being informed, a police team from Alamganj reached the spot and intervened to bring the situation under control.
