A 26-year-old Canada-based man has been arrested in connection with the July 14 hit-and-run case that claimed the life of veteran marathon runner Fauja Singh, police said on Wednesday.
The accused, Amritpal Singh Dhillon, allegedly drove the SUV that hit the 114-year-old Singh while he was crossing a road in Beas village in Jalandhar district of Punjab, police said. Dhillon was arrested on Tuesday night after police identified the vehicle, a white
