HC Seeks JPSC Reply on Plea for Quashing Result

RANCHI: The Jharkhand High Court (HC) on Wednesday sought reply from Jharkhand Public Service Commission (JPSC) in a petition filed for quashing of 11th JPSC civil service examination result published on May 25 this year.

A high court advocate close to the matter informed Hindustan Times on Wednesday that the order came on Tuesday after the matter was heard in the court of Justice Deepak Roshan.

"The HC gave four-week time to JPSC to file a reply in the matter and fixed July 23 as the next date of hearing. Rajesh Prasad and 53 others, who had qualified the preliminary test and appeared in the main examination, had filed the petition on June 3," the advocate said.
