Bihar Raj Bhawan Clears Decks for Posting of Principals Through Lottery

For the First Time BSUSC Had on March 24 Recommended the Names of 116 Principals in the State's Constituent Colleges, Where Stakes Are Always High

PATNA: With the Raj Bhawan constituting the committees along with the nomination of its all-woman representatives and issuing detailed guidelines for random selection, decks have finally been cleared for the posting of principals in constituent colleges of different universities from the recommendations sent by the Bihar University Service Commission (BSUSC).

As per the Raj Bhawan letter issued by Robert L Chongthu, principal secretary to the Governor, to all the vice chancellors of state universities on Friday, the three-member committee comprising the concerned V-C, registrar and the nominee of the Chancellor would follow the laid down procedure, which includes random lottery method to be carried under videography.
