4 CRPF jawans escape IED blast

Four CRPF personnel escaped unhurt after a directional mine (IED) exploded when they were on their way to a hospital in Bisra in Odisha, officials close to the development said on Saturday.
JAMSHEDPUR:
"A directional mine (IED) exploded under Jeraikela police station (PS) limits in the Saranda forests when three jawans of CRPF Battalion-174 were taking another sick jawan to a hospital in Bisra, Odisha, on Friday. The IED exploded just as their first motorcycle crossed a culvert, 4 km from the Barkela camp. None were hurt," Ashutosh Shekhar, West Singhbhum Superintendent of Police (SP), told HT on Saturday.
