Cong govt formed wards, panchayats randomly, says BJP

Rajasthan BJP president Madan Rathore on Tuesday accused the previous Congress government of creating wards and panchayats in a dis-organised and biased manner.
The Congress hit back at the ruling government for not being able to carry out even a single welfare initiative so far.
Rathore accused the previous Gehlot government of “forming wards and panchayats in an irregular and arbitrary manner”, stating that some wards had just 250 voters while others had over 8,000. “The BJP government is now working to rectify these discrepancies to ensure a fair and organised administrative setup, providing equal opportunities to all. Wards and panchayats should not be created for anyone’s personal gain,” he said at a press conference.
