2 held for possession of drugs, fake currency

Two people were arrested on Saturday with illegal narcotics and counterfeit Indian currency worth ₹29,000 in a major crackdown in Balotra district of Rajasthan, police said.
During preliminary interrogation, it was revealed that the accused used to obtain fake currency worth ₹20,000 in exchange for ₹10,000 in genuine notes, which they then used to purchase narcotics and earn profits. According to Balotra SP Amit Jain, the incident came to light during a routine pa
