Shilpa moves High Court to protect her personality rights

Actor Shilpa Shetty Kundra is the latest public figure to approach the High Court seeking protection of her personality rights, aiming to safeguard her identity from unauthorised use.
HT City exclusively learnt that the actor has filed a suit in the Bombay High Court requesting legal protection of her personality. The suit names several websites that allegedly used her photographs without permission to promote various products and services. It also highlights the circulation of morphed images and videos.
