While the air purifier remains the nonnegotiable frontrunner, there are some natural measures which can also help you stay on top of your health.

One such popular remedy is jaggery with warm water. But does it actually work? Dr Piyush Goel, senior consultant, pulmonology at Narayana Hospital, Gurugram, reveals that many hold the notion that this remedy helps to ‘clean lungs and stop infections’.
