LUCKNOW : The UP basic education department is promising the moon to toddlers and their parents, saying tots who study in state government-run Nursery, Kindergarten and Prep classes will enjoy the best of the study material, pedagogy and furniture.

However, it remains to be seen how many of these plans and policies see the light of day, and how these are implemented.
