Makeover, adventure park planned for Eco Garden

A major revamp is on cards for Eco Garden near Jail road area in the state capital, with modern facilities like adventure zone, amusement rides for children, and several new public-friendly facilities likely to be proposed in the upcoming board meeting of Smarak Samiti, scheduled for the last week of April, confirmed a senior LDA official.

Officials stated that the project aims to transform a portion of the park area into a modern recreational hub under a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model. Inspired by the success of the Jurassic Park section at Janeshwar Mishra Park, the authorities plan to introduce similar attractions for children in a designated section of Eco Garden. The park currently spans approximately 112 acres, the official added.
