Four Fresh FIRs Against Ansal API For Alleged Property Fraud

Investors have filed four fresh FIRs against Ansal API and its directors, accusing the private real estate firm of large-scale fraud in its Sushant Golf City project in Lucknow, police said.

These new cases, filed between March 13 and 15, have raised the total number of FIRs against the company to 23.
One of the complainants, Vineeta Mishra, stated in her FIR filed on March 13, 2025, that Ansal Properties and Infrastructure Ltd. defrauded her and issued threats after failing to deliver a 200 sq.m. plot in Sushant Golf City, despite receiving Rs 23.18 lakh between 2013-14.
Mishra and her husband repeatedly demanded possession or a refund, but officials allegedly threatened them and forced them out of the office. She has now lodged a police complaint at Ansal City police station, seeking strict legal action.
