Over the last eight years, 188 ancient temples have been revived across the state, but the government is far from done. With new projects planned in Agra, Firozabad, Gorakhpur and Gonda, the emphasis is clear: temple restoration isn’t just about faith — it’s about jobs, rural revival and putting Uttar Pradesh on the global tourism map.
