Masked woman on CCTV lends new twist to Tughlakabad blaze

Police investigating the Tughlakabad Extension fire that killed three members of a family early Friday have found CCTV footage showing a woman — face covered with a dupatta — entering the building minutes before the blaze broke out and leaving seconds after a flash inside is seen, officers aware of the matter said.
