|October 02, 2025
The Delhi high court has denied bail to a man accused of murdering his father, mother and sister due to longstanding family disputes and resentment, saying that “the act constituted an offence of the gravest kind, capable of shaking the conscience of society and striking at the root of societal and moral values”.
A bench of justice Ravinder Dudeja delivered the verdict on September 22 and released later, while dealing with the man’s plea seeking bail in a 2018 murder case. The incident occurred in October 2018, when police received a call reporting theft and assault at a residence in Kishangarh, where three people had died, each with multiple stab wounds. During the investigation, the accused confessed to killing his father, mother, and sister with a knife, due to family disputes and resentmen
