The Supreme Court on Monday ended further monitoring of its directions on misleading advertisements observing that the matter needs to be regulated bythe Centre and not by courts.
Closing proceedings in a petition filed in 2022 by Indian Medical Association (IMA) against Patanjali over misleading advertisements, a bench of justices BV Nagarathna and KV Viswanathan observed that there was no “object and purpose” in continuing with these proceedings a
