HC LAWYERS TO STOP WORK OVER ADVOCATE ASSAULT

Lawyers at the Calcutta high court decided to abstain from all judicial work from Friday after an advocate of the court and his son were allegedly assaulted by some policemen near their residence in Bidhannagar city on Wednesday night, people aware of the matter said on Thursday.
