2 held for raping girl in flat; 2 on run

Two men were arrested by Ghaziabad Police on Wednesday on charges of gangraping a 14-year-old girl in her flat at a high-rise on July 13, investigators said.
The arrested individuals, both 18 years old, are associates of a 17-year-old minor who is on the run along with a fourth suspect, also an adult. The girl's father registered a complaint the day after the incident at Kavi Nagar police station, naming a minor boy and his three unidentified associates, police said.
