The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) strongly criticised remarks made by Trinamool Congress (TMC) legislator Humayun Kabir, who claimed that he will lay the foundation stone of Babri Masjid in West Bengal's Murshidabad district on December 6, marking 33 years since the structure's demolition in Ayodhya.

“We will lay the foundation stone of Babri Masjid on December 6 in Beldanga, Murshidabad district. It will take three years to complete. Various Muslim leaders will participate in that event,” the TMC leader had said on Friday.

328-kg drugs seized; Shah lauds agencies
