AMICUS RAISES DATA GAPS, LACK OF IMPROVEMENT WITH TRIBUNAL

NEW DELHI: The National Green Tribunal-appointed amicus curiae Sanjay Upadhyay has raised urgent concerns over the worsening air pollution in the National Capital Region (NCR), stating in a November 6 affidavit to the tribunal that despite the Graded Response Action Plan (Grap) being in force, the air quality has not improved and emergency interventions such as cloud seeding have delivered no measurable results.
