Hospitality duo named in industry powerlist for work

TWO senior leaders at a luxury Devon hotel have been recognised among the top 50 figures in UK hospitality, after being praised by peers for their impact on staff wellbeing and business leadership.

Mark Chambers, managing director of the Eden Hotel Collection which operates Bovey Castle in Dartmoor was named in the Business Leader category of The Boutique Hotelier Power List 2025. He previously featured on the list in 2016.

People director Lisa Redding was also recognised, earning a spot in the Hidden Heroes category.

The list, now in its ninth year, celebrates 50 key individuals across owner and manager level roles who help shape the character and culture of their hotels.
