Union Insurance posts 49% rise in net profit for first 9 months

Union Insurance Company, a leading provider of innovative customer-focused insurance solutions to individuals and organisations in the UAE, announced a 49% increase in net profit after tax, reaching Dhs33.9 million for the first nine months of 2025, up from Dhs22.7 million during the same period in 2024.
Insurance services results rose by 29% to Dhs27.2 million from Dhs21.2 posted in the same period last year.
Company’s solvency ratio has significantly improved, reaching 1728 as of 30/9/2025 compared to 1438 at YE 2024. Earnings per share reached DO.148 per share compared to Dhs0.099 last year.
