RTA gives briefing on Dubai Metro Blue Line project

DUBAI: Dubai's Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has organised a Customer Council session to brief residents of Al Warqa’a and Mirdif on the latest progress of the Dubai Metro Blue Line project in their communities.

It also highlighted RTA’s initiatives to upgrade the road network, enhance traffic flow, and reaffirm its commitment to ensuring residents’ satisfaction and enabling seamless mobility.

The council discussed several key topics, including details of the Blue Line route, the importance of the project, and planned traffic diversions in Al Warqa’a and Mirdif. The session was chaired by Ahmed Mahboob, CEO of Licencing Agency and Chairman of the Customer Council, and attended by Abdul Muhsen Ibrahim Kalbat, CEO of Rail Agency.

RTA holds customer councils to keep the public updated on its latest projects and initiatives, while providing an open forum to gather feedback and suggestions.
