Man discloses company's secrets to harm his employer

Sharjah Misdemeanor Court heard a case in which an employee working for an auto spare parts company was accused of disclosing work secrets and exploiting his position for personal gain by providing others with information and data related to the company without the permission of the company owner.

By virtue of the nature of his work, the accused unlawfully used his company’s internal information and data, exploiting his job privileges to access the company's account on a social media platform, which he was authorised to use by his employer.
