Drop in temperature likely on Sunday: NCM

The National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) has expected temperatures to drop slightly on Sunday as the country will be affected by an extension of a surface low-pressure system accompanied by a weak upper-level low.

The NCM also expects Thursday's weather to be clear to partly cloudy, with occasional cloudiness in some areas.
It will be humid at night and on Friday morning in some coastal and inland areas, with a chance of light fog. Winds will be light to moderate, occasionally reaching speeds of up to 35 km/h, and will blow from southeasterly to northeasterly.
The waves will be calm in both the Arabian Gulf and the Sea of Oman.
The weather on Friday is expected to be generally clear to partly cloudy.
