Dubai Criminal Court sentenced an Arab to five years and another to IO years in jail to be followed by deportation and fined them Dhs100,000 each for possessing and abusing drugs.

- Mohammed Yaseen, Staff Reporter

The court also decided to prohibit them from transferring or depositing any funds to others, whether by themselves or through third parties for two years after the end of their respective jail terms, except after obtaining permission from the Central Bank of the UAE in co-ordination with the Ministry of Interior.
