2 fined Dhs50,000 for disclosing firm's secrets

The Abu Dhabi Family, Civil and Administrative Cases Court ordered two employees to jointly pay Dhs50,000 as compensation to the company they worked for in sensitive positions.

They disclosed company secrets and leaked information to a competing company operating in the same field.
In detail, a company filed a lawsuit against two employees, requesting that they be jointly obligated to pay Dhs150,000 as compensation for material and moral damage, loss of investment opportunities, and a late payment interest of 128 from the date the lawsuit was filed until full payment, in addition to obligating them to pay fees, expenses, and legal attorney fees.
