His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, announced yesterday the launch of a nationwide campaign aimed at cementing the UAE'S standing as the world's capital of entrepreneurship.
