Luxury terminal and private jet hangars position Ras Al Khaimah International Airport as a gateway for VVIPs to the northern emirates

Ras Al Khaimah International Airport will soon get a new VVIP terminal and private jet hangar, which will elevate the emirate's growing reputation as a global tourism and entertainment destination.

The project, developed in collaboration with Falcon Executive Aviation, part of Alex Group Investment, signals a major leap in opening the northern emirates to high-end travellers and private aviation clientele.

The airport has signed an agreement with Falcon Executive Aviation to develop and operate a new Fixed Base Operation facility, a central component of Ras Al Khaimah's broader aviation and tourism growth strategy. The upcoming development features a 1,500 square metre luxury terminal, an 8,000-sqm-multipurpose hangar and 9,000 sq m of apron and aircraft parking. Its location - just 15 minutes from Ras Al Khaimah's top beach resorts and the soon-to-open Wynn Al Marjan Island integrated resort positions the emirate to attract a new class of visitor looking for seamless, discreet and premium travel access.
