June 30 deadline to meet Emiratisation targets

MOHRE will begin auditing private sector companies from July 1 to verify compliance
Private sector companies with 50 or more employees to fulfil their Emiratisation targets for the first half of 2025 by June 30.
The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MoHRE) said that employers must ensure a minimum 1 per cent increase in the number of Emiratis in skilled roles, relative to their skilled workforce.
