Four services a week will mark end of airline’s six-year hiatus on the route

A consortium led by the Arif Habib Group has acquired a 75% stake PIA for Rs135 billion. It plans to expand the fleet.

Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) will resume flights between Islamabad and London, marking the end of a six-year hiatus on the route. The national carrier will operate four flights per week, landing passengers at London’s Heathrow Airport Terminal 4.
