Hamdan unveils Rashid Villages global initiative

HUMANITARIAN CAMPAIGN AIMED AT PRESERVING LATE BROTHER'S LEGACY

Shaikh Hamdan Bin Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, UAE's Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence, and Chairman of Dubai Executive Council, on Friday launched Rashid Villages, a global humanitarian initiative aimed at preserving the legacy of his late brother, Shaikh Rashid Bin Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum.

Coinciding with the 10th anniversary of Shaikh Rashid's passing, the initiative seeks to establish model villages that provide underprivileged families with access to housing, education, health care and social services.
