Commercial property prices triple in a year

Dubai’s commercial property market has seen average sales prices more than triple over the past 12 months, according to new data.

The average deal size for commercial real estate now stands at Dh14.41 million, up from Dh4.27 million in July 2024, figures from Allsopp & Allsopp show.

The surge has been driven by higher land values and appreciation of the properties themselves.

Rental story is different

However, new rental contracts in July told a different story, with average lease rates falling to Dh530,200, down from Dh1.69 million a year earlier.
