51.8C IN SWEIHAN Temperature in August hits a 9-year high

The UAE recorded its highest temperature in nine years for August, with 51.8 degrees Celsius reported in Sweihan, Al Ain, on August 1.
This surpasses the previous August record of 51.4C set in Mezaira in 2017, according to the National Centre of Meteorology (NCM).The lowest minimum air temperature ever recorded in August was 16.1C at Jebal Mebreh in 2013.
