Relief for ex-RTU VC: High Court halts FIR action, seeks govt reply

The Rajasthan HC has provided relief to former Vice-Chancellor of Rajasthan Technical University Ram Avtar Gupta by staying action in an FIR filed by the ACB against him.
The Court has also sought responses from the state govt and the Governor’s Secretariat regarding the matter.
